Chris Drake goes Crazy Low

Chris
Drake shot a net 56 on a gross 89 to
take playing partner Jim Cwikla by 6
shots. Gary Prevost was 3rd with a
66 and Frank Caruana tied Todd Stuart
for 4th at 67. Bob White led the field
with 35 putts on the day.
Petree Sips from the Cup

2000 Hickory Creek
Mary Petree took at 2
shot victory over John Gmitter with
a fine 7 under par 64 at Hickory
Creek. David Martin, Ron
Stuart and Todd Stuart tied for 3rd
at 1 under 70. The 13th hole
had to be shortened to a par 3 which
made the course a par 71 instead of
the normal 72. Martin had 30 putts
on the day.
Ladies Dominate at Pine View

In a battle
of Sue's, Sue Cwikla out lasted
Susan Meland to take the Pine View
Classic. Cwikla scored at 3 under
par 69 to Meland's 1 under par 71.
Todd Stuart and John Gmitter tied
for 3rd at 2 over par 74. Stuart led
the day with 30 putts. Sue Cwikla
had 2 eagles in her round. Sue
Meland logged an eagle and an
Albatross in her round.
