Chris Drake scored 4 birdies
to take a high scoring Pine View
Classic with a 3 over par 75. Frank
Caruana took 2nd at 6 over par 78.
Erik Meland took third at 10 over par
82 and David Martin took 4th with an
11 over par 83. Meland did score
an Eagle on the long par 5 4th
hole. Greg Kline and Mike Lamarand led
the field with 31 putts each.
White Takes
the Cup

Creek
Bob White
bested the field with 4 birdies to take
the Tin Cup at Hickory Creek with an
Even Par 72. He hit 9 fairways and 8
greens on the day. David Martin took 2nd
at 6 over Par 78 with 10 fairways hit.
Third went to Jim Cwikla at 7 over Par
79 and Fourth went to Chris Drake with
an 8 over Par 80. Cwikla and Drake
each had 2 birdies and an eagle. Erik
Meland and Mary Petree had 3 birdies
each. Bob White had 28 putts including
only 12 on the front nine. This is
White's 2nd Tour win, having also won
the 2001 Crazy Brit in a playoff over
Sue Meland.
